Bill has been involved in the securities industry since 1978. He acquired CoreStates in January 2006, to offer advisory services to institutional and public sector pension plans and to offer comprehensive wealth management services to individuals who understand the responsibilities and complexities that wealth entails. He is the lead consultant concerning financial engineering and portfolio management at CoreStates and chairs the Investment Committee. Prior to founding CoreStates Capital Advisors, Bill spent the majority of his investment career at Smith Barney, where his area of expertise was portfolio management for institutional and high-net-worth individual clients. Most recently, Bill was named to the Board of Directors for Schwab Institutional’s new Advisory Council for Advisors Turning Independent. Bill also appears regularly on CNBC's "Squawk Box" and Bloomberg Television's "Morning Call" to provide his thoughts on the markets.
